3 pound bone-in turkey breast, (1)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 cup turkey broth
Remove the skin from the turkey breast. Brush turkey breast with olive oil and set aside. In a small bowl combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; rub over entire turkey breast.
Transfer the turkey breast to a 6 quart slow cooker and add turkey broth. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, or until tender and cooked through.
Slice and serve warm.
